Most colleagues are easy to get along with, with some exceptions. The commute is also fairly convenient, and that’s about it.

The company is extremely stingy and cuts corners everywhere. They say you don’t need to work on makeup Saturdays, but the hours are actually recorded as hours owed. Later, overtime and the like are deducted from those owed hours. Any hours not made up before you resign are deducted from your pay. Most importantly, typhoon days off work the same way. The company has no senior employees; being older doesn’t necessarily mean being senior. The boss doesn’t want to spend money hiring people and loves assigning work to newcomers because they’re cheaper. The company has been around for more than 20 years, yet employees are constantly replaced—so you can probably figure out why. I heard from former colleagues that the boss doesn’t want to train people because he says employees will leave sooner or later. What? With that attitude, it’s no wonder the company is like this. As the saying goes, if the beam above is crooked, the beams below will be crooked too. Also, many managers pretend to understand things they don’t, as if they think they’re really capable.
