Pros
They said during the interview that all kinds of benefits were available (but they only become available after one year of employment).
Cons
The facilities staff were all very polite, but the supervisors in the office were really difficult to deal with. Basically, it felt like the senior employees were bullying the newcomers, and their attitude was awful.
