Pros

All colleagues are very easy to get along with. The self-skills you can develop after joining the company include:

1. Patience (dealing with someone’s endless and possibly unreasonable demands, as well as frequently having to respond to messages after work because you cannot truly have a day off)

2. Endurance (there are often activities on holidays. They strictly follow the law and take the Labor Standards Act into consideration, so overtime is not allowed; just treat it as volunteering and go to the site to provide support out of compassion)

3. Adaptability (the employee turnover rate is extremely high, so you must always be prepared to take over other people’s cases)

Cons

1. Those in higher positions only talk idly and paint grand visions, while continually taking on projects that consume manpower.

(They are neither sufficiently professional nor specialized, so there are often long periods of overtime, and the overtime hours are frequently calculated unclearly.)

2. You need to be constantly affected by one person’s intense emotions.

(What they say changes three times a day, with no central direction or main theme at all. You also have to bear the impact of their emotions and can only endure being scolded.)

3. Deliberately setting employees against one another.

(At different times, they call employees from the same team in individually: telling A that they will promote them and B that they will give them a raise, in the hope of intensifying competition between them. In reality, this causes discord among employees.)

4. No matter what happens, it is always the employees’ fault.

5. A small company that wants to have systems like a large company.

(There are always various rules, both big and small, which are then revised and changed every day. It is unclear what basis to follow, and there are also many pointless meetings that waste a great deal of time.)
