Meeting performance targets allows you to earn commissions.
Cons
The salary listed on the job website differs from what is stated during the interview. In some cases, if performance targets are not met, the base salary is even deducted. Since the store is open on holidays, store sales staff also need to take turns working overtime on holidays. The lunch break is from 12:30 to 14:00, and store staff take turns going to eat.
