Since I’ve already left the company, I’d like to share some details about the internal situation and operations.
1. For the retail industry, the pay is good. But the most important thing is knowing how to negotiate your salary with HR. If you dare to negotiate, HR is willing to give it to you—there’s no harm in asking for more.
2. There is an annual performance review, so if the people above you like you, you’ll get at least 15 months’ salary. Otherwise, you’re on your own.
Not exactly shortcomings—more like comments on the work environment and some advice.
Breeze Supermarket has three stores: Fuxing, Nanjing, and Nanshan. If you want to join, remember!! Do not come to Fuxing!!!
Work at Nanjing and Nanshan is quite relaxed—you’ll be smiling even in your dreams~ And the pay is the same as at the main store.
There’s also no senior management breathing down your neck, so you can work quite comfortably~~
At the Fuxing main store, both part-time and full-time employees are exhausted every day.
Upper management is emotional and often catches people off guard.
The customers are very difficult and annoying.
The scope of internal responsibilities is often unclear.
Be aware of this before joining.
