Pros

You can generally leave work on time, as long as your useless teammates don't cause problems.

Teaching you how to clean is considered more important than teaching you the everyday work procedures.

Aside from environmental noise and the malicious harassment from certain senior specialists at SX, the office environment is otherwise fairly good.

Cons

The following is what Mazu revealed in a dream:

A senior operations planning staff member at BX is passive and shirks work, and goes to the restroom with astonishing frequency. Out of an eight-hour workday, approximately 40%–50% of the time is spent in the restroom. Her ability to handle routine work is extremely poor, and she completely lacks an understanding of operations planning logic. She is skilled at dumping everything on her colleagues. Whenever there is an important occasion or a deadline for work content she is unfamiliar with while on rotation, she suddenly feels unwell all over and takes sick leave without notice, simply not showing up. Her English is extremely poor; for English emails, she directly copies her colleagues' wording without revising it according to the purpose of the particular message. She goes around smearing her imagined enemies and spreading rumors that they have bad tempers.

The operations planning team at the neighboring brand is comparable to a palace-intrigue drama: some fan the flames and kick people when they are down, fearing that the world might ever be peaceful, while others are used as pawns. The most extreme is a certain manager from mainland China, who has poor emotional control and is always shouting. This person uses humiliating language toward mainland Chinese employees. Their operations planning knowledge is indeed comprehensive, and their logic is sound; with that mouth of theirs, their efficiency is also fairly high. Still, even in this deep palace there may be other good managers—whether you get assigned to one truly depends on your personal fortune.

To join, you really need to be determined to adapt downward.
