The company’s main business is outsourcing, and its business strategy focuses heavily on optimizing profits. It frequently applies to clients for fees based on the number of personnel contracts provided each month, then turns around and reduces employees’ salaries to increase the profit margin. In practice, there are not many projects with substantial work content. When a project ends or is interrupted, engineers often face layoffs, pay cuts, or having no work to do at all. This makes employees feel insecure and lacking direction in their career development. I hope that in the future, the company will place greater emphasis on long-term workforce training and employees’ career development, rather than focusing solely on short-term profits.
