If you need candidates with experience, please screen the resumes properly in HR before inviting them.

Don't make people go through great hardship and travel a long way, only to say afterward that experience is required.

When I ask why you invited me to an interview when my resume doesn't list any experience,

you say my personality traits match the position, but then say experience is still required.
