Only suitable as a stepping stone; with this experience, you can move on to a bigger and better brand ^^
It’s simply a terrible company
Please, everyone, don’t come here
Very poor benefits
Low pay. They sell expired and soon-to-expire products to employees
and don’t allow employees to return them
There are executives who are very good at daydreaming and relentlessly pressuring employees
There are managers with little ability and empty heads who only know how to talk
They are, however, very good at making empty promises
There are colleagues who are very good at slacking off and shifting blame
The job responsibilities are extremely exploitative. Whether you know how to do something or not, you are expected to handle the entire process from start to finish
There is also a very unfair salary structure
Year-end bonuses are calculated based on base salary
The leave policy is terrible
Annual leave can only be taken in half-day increments
There are managers with a strong need for control
When clocking in, you have to take a photo with your phone’s location enabled
The HR staff are very unprofessional
When you ask questions, they just give you the runaround
The company culture is extremely bureaucratic
People who can’t do anything can still get promoted once the time comes
Overall, it is a work environment very suitable for slacking off and doing the bare minimum
It is not suitable for proactive people
Basically, everyone capable has already left
Those left behind are just a bunch of people coasting through their days
You can’t learn anything from the managers or colleagues
Ah, actually, there is one thing
You’ll probably learn to mindlessly do a pile of miscellaneous tasks and administrative work
and develop a submissive mentality
