They maliciously dismiss employees; if they don’t like you, they’ll fire you. Even cleaning staff can be maliciously dismissed
There are no typhoon days off or election voting leave
The management-level people are all XX… You have to be dumb enough to get promoted
It feels somewhat like a large family business, with many insiders at the top
You have to arrive more than ten minutes early for meaningless roll call and meaningless drivel
Overtime pay is calculated based on 26,400; everything is calculated based on 26,400
Such a large company, yet there are no employee trips or health checkup benefits
