Head-hunting everywhere

The company completely lacks any educational SOP. Progress reviews at client sites are handled chaotically, and the way of working is rigid and only focuses on appearances. They rush us all day without giving us a deadline, then just throw out a sentence and, for no reason, bombard us with emotionally manipulative remarks. Every day they dredge up old issues, leaving us exhausted under the shadow of emotional manipulation and moral coercion. We have to clean up the mess left behind by the old-timers.

You have to face poor communication channels alone, as well as people who go back on their word without any self-reflection, frequently pretend to understand when they do not, get the direction wrong and refuse to acknowledge it, push all responsibility onto subordinates, and are thin-skinned, completely irresponsible managers.

Most importantly, the overtime has damaged my health. I have had to have lengthy discussions with my girlfriend’s parents about the value of my career—whether the lack of a corporate vision and the mismatch in values and beliefs are untenable, and whether any action should be taken. Every day, my body is present but my heart is not.

As for the company’s operating situation—such as whether it is actually making money—to be honest, I do not understand it. Whether things will become so outrageous that they give people goosebumps and make them drop all over the table, we will just have to wait and see.
