Usually, business travel is at most to support the Yangmei plant. If it is impossible to return to Taichung that day, you can stay in the dormitory for one night free of charge.
3. The company subsidizes professional certification exams. (However, you must sign a “service commitment agreement.”)

5. Basically, public holidays are days off.
1. The salary is not high.
2. You have to clock in 10 minutes early.
3. You may not leave the premises during the lunch break. (If you really need to go out, you must report it to your supervisor and HR.)
4. Staffing is tight, so when necessary, you may have to travel between the two Taichung plants. (However, the two plants are fairly close to each other.)
5. Perfect-attendance pay is included in the monthly salary. (Taking 8 hours of leave would result in a 50% deduction, but if the law stipulates that perfect-attendance pay cannot be deducted, it will not be deducted.)
6. Reportedly, there are no bonuses for the three major festivals or year-end bonuses.
