The company’s overall environment is quite good.
1. In summer, the air conditioning is only turned on for 2–4 hours. There are rows of electric fans in the corridors, and almost everyone brings their own small fan.
2. There is no year-end bonus. Don’t even think about a year-end bonus.
3. Long-serving employees only set traps for newcomers.
4. The professional managers have neither decision-making ability nor business development skills. They only publicly correct you in front of the boss. When you ask them a question, they ultimately submit a written request and push it back to the boss for a decision, then write at length on the request. (Strange, isn’t it? When you asked them the question, didn’t they say they had no opinion?) They keep an eye on sales performance but have no ability to develop new customers, and they also have limited understanding of the products....
5. There are far too many ineffective meetings and ineffective reports. (Daily/weekly/monthly reports, Amoeba performance reports)
6. The company has no PM/FAE, so sales staff have to handle everything themselves and find their own resources. (There are R&D staff, but they cannot develop hardware and only design the exterior.)
Don’t expect to achieve great success at this company; it is even difficult for it to give you the ability to earn your own bonus.
Employees are disposable components—the more outstanding you are, the more likely you are to burn out early.
Think carefully~~~
