The day after I submitted my résumé, I received calls from headhunters and salespeople. They even got my name wrong. I’d better save this company’s number in my phone—bring it on!!!
The on-site team only handles a bunch of lousy tasks that the people above them can’t sort out.
Managers who do nothing are apparently never at fault—you are. They dote on certain employees as if they were the emperor himself. The managers’ decision-making is extremely poor; ask them anything and they know nothing. Yet they want to meddle in other departments’ affairs, imposing broadly while never reflecting on their own problems.
Their way of handling things is truly laughable. They can’t communicate across departments, because they simply pass everything off to another department. They have absolutely no sense of responsibility—it’s really low-class.
