The work is very simple and stable, not complicated, and you leave work on time.
The assembly supervisor is the owner’s younger sister and has very poor emotional control. You are often yelled at for no reason. Most of the company’s employees are family members. The assembly supervisor and warehouse supervisor are relatives, but the assembly supervisor will still deliberately make things difficult. Whenever there is a mistake, it is always someone else’s fault; the assembly supervisor takes no responsibility. Raises are difficult to obtain, but the job is stable. If you can handle being yelled at, you could give it a try.
