Go all the way to the back after entering the factory area. The interview location is there.
1. Working hours are 8:30–17:30, with little overtime; overtime is limited to at most one hour and is used for wrapping up.
2. Responsible for shipping and receiving products required by Jing Si Books & Cafe.
3. Work involves picking, packing, shipping, consolidating onto pallets, and stocking according to orders.
1. As soon as the senior manager arrived, they immediately cut the salary.
32,000 is the maximum salary for this position, but they initially asked for at most 30,000.
2. As soon as you enter the park, meat is prohibited throughout the entire premises; you cannot even bring it in if you do not eat it there.
3. Inventory must be counted on “every workday”; the regular inventory-counting period is 16:30–17:30.
4. The entire workplace feels lifeless, with an atmosphere similar to one where employees are exhausted and unwilling to work.
This applies to both the warehouse and the offices.
5. The factory area is of a certain size, and the employees are all of a certain age.
They only offer 30,000 despite requiring forklift operation skills, clearly showing that the senior manager does not understand the current situation outside.
The factory requires vegetarianism, and this sizable factory requires inventory to be counted “every workday.”
These three points are already very troublesome for quite a few people.
For people with relevant experience, the pay is too low.
However, the senior manager completely ignores the market and people’s experience and insists on cutting the salary.
The more the senior manager talked, the more helpless the department manager’s expression and tone became.
The two managers have somewhat different ideas about the kind of person they want to hire.
The senior manager wants to find inexpensive Tzu Chi members; whether they can actually do the job is secondary.
The department manager wants to find someone who can do the work and is reasonably normal and responsible; whether they are a Tzu Chi member is secondary.
