One of the managers at this company has serious emotional-management issues. In a conversation between people, you fully express what you want to say, and the listener responds based on what you’ve said. But this manager is incredibly strange! They only mentioned the vendor’s name and then kept waiting for them to continue, without saying anything at all. When I asked, “I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Could you explain it clearly?” I was then verbally bullied and berated. Wow! It was truly eye-opening. If a manager can’t even communicate properly, how can they accomplish anything significant?
You ask precisely because you don’t understand. Do they think everyone is a supernatural being who can figure out what they’re thinking just by counting on their fingers? Are questions not allowed? Be careful when asking, or you might get berated. In this democratic era, are people not even allowed to express what they want to say? Is this a one-person dictatorship? What kind of logic is that?
