A company that is extremely disrespectful to its employees. It emails employees directly to ask them to support other departments without asking first. The workload for their own department is already very heavy, yet after providing support, they are still expected to complete their own department’s work. Lunch breaks are very short, with almost no time to rest. Despite the heavy workload and employees having to multitask, supervisors merely brush things off and do not address the staffing shortage—or perhaps they simply do not want to solve it?? They have no empathy and claim that it is an issue with the individual’s time-management skills and efficiency. They only make hindsight comments about many things..... Don’t have any expectations.
