Pros
Very good at painting a rosy picture.
Cons
The interviewer had no sense of time. At the agreed-upon time, I could understand being kept waiting if they were discussing the job or business with you. Instead, I ended up listening to nearly 20 minutes of pointless small talk. If a genuine work call hadn’t come in and interrupted the chat, it might have continued. Inexperienced applicants should think carefully before applying.
