Pros
After negotiating further, the salary was paid normally.
Cons
The point of contact there may disappear, and you have to handle a lot of matters for government agencies. It feels very inexplicable. However, many IT companies have been roughly like this recently, so I already feel that it’s quite good that they pay overtime.
