There are absolutely no advantages.
The company’s manager, surnamed Huang, is very good at setting people up. He is deceitful and dishonest, two-faced, self-serving at others’ expense, takes credit and shifts blame, and is devious and scheming at heart. He favors relatives and personal connections in order to build his own faction, with a tendency for his influence to become entrenched and difficult to control.
The boss, surnamed Chen, who is in his thirties, is stingy in his ways and lax and procrastinating in his work style. In doing business and hiring people, he does not regard integrity as the foremost consideration, but instead pursues profit above all else. He appears benevolent on the surface but is cold-hearted underneath. Whenever the costs and benefits no longer work in his favor, he can repeatedly change what he agreed to and pretend not to understand. In fact, I saw through him but simply chose not to expose him, out of consideration for the fact that he has never put on airs as the boss in front of employees.
The employees there are either connected hires or relatives and close associates. I advise anyone without connections or influential backing not to apply there—you will be bullied mercilessly.
