The salary is good, especially for a foreign-owned company. The work is relatively flexible. If you want to prepare for an exam, you could consider staying for a year while working and studying; there is more than enough time to study, and you also earn a decent income.
The company is really too small, so there is limited room for development. The boss is ambitious but reckless—for example, building a laboratory to specifications that are completely unsuitable for use as a laboratory, or attempting to sue the government. You may also be assigned work that is fundamentally outside your job scope. It is highly unsuitable for people with long-term career plans. The only things you are likely to learn there are how to bluff your way into presenting research results and how to contact and develop clients.
