???
1. You’ll be shocked when you first join: about 80% of the colleagues are older women and men (around your parents’ age), while the younger colleagues are almost all interns (who were tricked into coming here?).
2. You join the marketing department, but all decisions are still ultimately made by the general manager.
3. For a company with so many employees, the Office version is from 2007?!
It occasionally won’t open or crashes.
4. Miscellaneous items, packages, and cardboard boxes are piled up haphazardly: in front of the elevator, in the walkways, and in places where no one sits. You’re basically working in a pile of clutter.
5. The company’s old-timers yell and shout as if they were at a traditional market.
6. A certain overweight female supervisor in the marketing department will loudly interrupt you while you’re taking an important call in a common area. Even taking the call for one minute is not allowed.
7. Meetings are extremely, extremely inefficient. It’s really impossible to come up with any marketing ideas when meeting with a group of older women twice your age.
