Theoretically, the working hours are normal, and salaries are paid on time. Suitable for people who do not need self-respect, are single with no family, and are in good health.
According to the employment contract, aside from Sundays, four days off can be scheduled. However, the boss determines the amount of the bonus based on whether you actually take four days off (in other words, technically reducing wages through the salary structure), effectively requiring overtime. The workplace is also extremely unfriendly toward people with children who have no support network.
During my employment, I experienced long-term verbal bullying in the workplace from a senior employee. The supervisor did not dare to speak up in my defense, and the boss only listened to her, turning the workplace into a one-person dictatorship. Over time, this left me physically and mentally exhausted, and the salary was insufficient to make up for the harm caused.
The SOP established in meetings was repeatedly overturned by the senior employee herself, and whenever problems arose, we were expected to take the blame for orders previously decided by her.
Other former employees who resigned in the past also said that they had been forced by the senior employee to kneel and apologize, which led them to resign in anger. Even stranger, the boss acted as though nothing had happened. In short, this is a place for people who need money and are willing to sell their self-respect; if you do not need the money, you can leave as soon as possible.
