Workplace reviews and discussion: 良品嚴選股份有限公司

This is almost certainly the company I've worked for where nearly all of the store colleagues were easy to get along with. The manager is very patient and keeps teaching us. Although the requirements are strict, they are all within a reasonable range.

Apart from the colleagues and supervisors being easy to get along with, I can't see any future here. It feels like the bonus system keeps changing, and we receive less and less. Overtime pay should be calculated based on the full salary, but it isn't. Don't companies like this ever get reported and fined?
