Pros
None. Linkou bread sorting.
Fast-paced and not friendly to newcomers.
Mostly foreign employees.
Cons
Treat people as disposable chopsticks.
If you want to interview to see how the work operates, that's not possible.
They just think the pace is too fast and you're not suitable.
The person conducting the interview is different from the person you usually communicate with.
Some things have to be said twice.
