Excellent work environment; convenient transportation
Cons
Inefficient internal communication and poor management. I once dreamed that the department supervisor lost control of their emotions, shouting and yelling.
Unwilling to train newcomers; the department's turnover rate is frighteningly high.
The company internally venerates a seniority-based system.
