Basically, there aren't really any advantages.
The company's environment consists of cubicle-style workspaces.
The desk space varies in size from person to person,
but everyone's seats are fairly close together.
Moreover, you will often hear supervisors or managers scolding people or lecturing them loudly from time to time,
or occasionally calling everyone from a certain department to stand in front of their desks as punishment while being lectured.
All I can say is that it is extremely noisy.
You are frequently disturbed while working.
The company has windows, but they are never opened. The area in front of the windows is always piled with miscellaneous items, documents, and tall potted plants.
The company has a very high turnover rate. It feels like the company wants to use very little money and very few employees to accomplish a great many tasks.
Also, the system is really quite terrible. All I can say is that the people who came before did not properly organize and consolidate the data when subsequently establishing it, causing trouble for the people who came after them. The query system is also not intuitive enough. I hope the Information Department can improve this situation. Otherwise, any newcomer who takes over will still have a very difficult time.
My advice is to avoid that kind of environment if you can.
Unless you are really an M 👍🏼
