Leaving work on time.
A very small company (most businesses around Beitou District are started by husband-and-wife teams). The benefits are genuinely quite limited, and unlike at a large company, it is not very comfortable to work independently. A common problem in small family businesses is worrying that employees are not working seriously, so management is very rigid and everything has to be done by the book. If you do not mind that, it may be worth considering. Nowadays, many companies do not like letting you stay too long anyway (so whether leaving work on time matters depends on how much you care about it). The company also has snack and drink cabinets (companies nowadays are all trying to emulate Google 😂), though of course it cannot compare. The air conditioning is turned on punctually at the start of work and turned off punctually at the end of the day. There is also no individual storage locker for your bag; everyone puts their belongings in one shared cabinet, which makes getting things really inconvenient (I really wonder if someone is on their period and still has to keep walking back and forth to get sanitary pads??)
