Pros
Because of the staff shortage, I developed a high level of efficiency, management skills, and crisis-handling abilities.
Cons
Like most traditional industries facing labor shortages, new hires come and go. Basically, we can't retain people, and then we fall back into a labor shortage—a vicious cycle.
