Pros
They buy a cake to celebrate employees’ birthdays
They have a barbecue during the Mid-Autumn Festival
Cons
A family business…
The boss’s ideas are traditional, and they have no opinions of their own
Everything is decided by the son and daughter-in-law
The work is very miscellaneous; helping with processing, shipping, and mailing orders is routine
We usually have to stay and work overtime when busy with exhibitions
The overtime compensation is just a boxed meal
The holiday allowance for exhibitions is also very low—less than even one day’s pay
Compensatory leave is only half a day
No benefits
