During the interview, the interviewer from this company spoke in a harsh and sarcastic manner, repeatedly questioning the content of the interviewee's résumé and using perspectives from different industries to criticize the interviewee's previous work, achievements, and industry. The interviewer also kept interrupting throughout the process, leaving the interviewee no opportunity to speak.
The interview process felt a lot like multi-level marketing: the interviewer kept brainwashing the interviewee and even used the promise of a large bonus to attract the interviewee to join the company, although it was actually extremely difficult to achieve. When the interviewee said they would think about it, the interviewer gave no room for discussion and directly said “Thank you” with an unpleasant expression and an impolite tone, giving the impression of trying to drive the interviewee away.
