I worked here for five months. It is a company that looks glamorous on the outside but has absolutely no internal structure. The main problem is the boss’s wife herself—a typical exploitative employer who goes back on her word. Don’t even expect her to follow through on anything she has said or promised (and she will stubbornly deny having said it). All the rules change from day to day depending entirely on her mood. Sometimes watching her is like watching a headless fly buzzing around. She is truly unscrupulous, only knows how to make empty promises, and has also been sued many times by former employees.

I resigned in June. When I went to collect my previous month’s salary on July 10, the accountant suddenly told me that the boss’s wife said she wanted to change the performance bonus rules, so she was going to deduct the more than $5,000 in performance bonuses I earned in May from my June salary?! The salary transferred to me was indeed reduced by more than $5,000. In the end, I stood my ground and called the Bureau of Labor Insurance to confirm that she had violated the rules. I told her that I would report her if she did not return the deducted money. At first, she said she could only return half, but I persisted until she finally returned it. She also told the accountant to take responsibility for her and admit that it was the accountant’s business error (the accountant told me this personally). There are many more things I could say, but I can’t finish listing them all. I recommend not trying this place lightly.
