The company’s management has problems!
There is no planned training, no internal ERP system,
no specific rules, no concrete policies, and no reward scheme.
There is no bonus system.
The internal documents are extremely disorganized!
Everything is handwritten, with no electronic processes! Ridiculous~

Unless you are completely desperate,
and have no choice but to interview and take a job here
