Pros
Both the boss and the boss’s wife are very nice.
They empathize with employees and consider their needs.
The benefits are also very good.
Cons
A small number of employees engage in workplace bullying.
They like being fawned over and praised with “You’re so great and amazing.”
They are petty-minded, with an even narrower perspective.
The other employees are generally easy to get along with.
