Pros
The compensation and benefits sound pretty good, according to HR. It’s almost entirely remote.
Seems to follow the practices of American companies.
They are a brand owner of IC chips.
Cons
Before the interview ended, I asked whether they would notify me regardless of whether I was accepted.
They said they would notify me within 7 days.
In the end, I got ghosted. Even when I emailed to ask, they only replied two or three days later.
It feels like HR is extremely busy.
Anyway, hearing “we’ll notify you within 7 days” basically means you’ve been rejected.
