Neihu Science Park—is that considered an advantage?
The position is for an engineer. The transportation allowance is NT$2.5 per kilometer for motorcycles and NT$5 per kilometer for cars (however you calculate it, you still lose money).
Parking fees are subsidized when going off-site to install equipment, but not when going to the company.
The equipment is heavy—very heavy. The installation site can also increase the difficulty and the risk of injury.
You spend the entire day on-site doing construction work, then have to rush to other clinics for maintenance after finishing (exhausting).
There are no benefits. You get NT$1,000 on the company’s anniversary.
The year-end bonus is the most calculating: two months’ worth, paid in two installments—one month at Lunar New Year and one month at the Mid-Autumn Festival (clever).
If there is a typhoon day off, it will be unpaid.
The Korean headquarters uses many internal apps—at least four or five. It takes time to learn the procedures.
Taking leave also requires going through a complicated process.
After experiencing the company, you will know that this system treats Taiwanese employees like labor slaves.
Regardless of the position, I strongly advise against working here.
