Pros
The company environment is quite clean; I personally like it XD
They provide meal allowances.
Cons
There didn’t seem to be any particular downsides during the interview.
They mentioned that you probably won’t leave work on time, but you also won’t leave too late. I guess it’s considered a responsibility-based work system?
You need to be interested in learning how to read floor plans.
