No advantages

During the interview, they tell you the monthly salary is 28,000, but then ask you to come work for a few days first to see how it goes. The salary is actually 23,000. You cannot take breaks and are expected to work yourself to death. Taking one day off results in a pay deduction. There is no overtime pay. Senior employees like to make snide remarks at others. The male supervisor has no management or communication skills and even changes the way salaries are calculated verbally, unwilling to put it in writing.
