There are also the owner’s personal errands, such as making PPTs, editing videos, and helping a councilor make an electronic congratulatory card.

Besides being overwhelmed with miscellaneous tasks and operating in complete disorder with no systems whatsoever, there is absolutely no respect for people or professional expertise!

All of these things leave you physically and mentally exhausted, with no time to do work in your own area of expertise. The owner’s mood swings are severe and they will also periodically call you in for a review.
