The company environment is disorganized, with the office area mixed together with the processing area, and a strong smell of ink. The employer listed the position online at NT$28,000 to NT$40,000, but during the actual interview only wanted to offer the minimum salary of NT$26,000, while making a long list of demands. There is frequent overtime until late at night without overtime pay.
Another key point is that the employer is extremely disrespectful toward interviewees and is suspected of gender discrimination, explicitly stating that they only want to hire women and do not want to employ men.
