The company environment is chaotic, with the office area mixed together with the processing area, and a very strong smell of ink. The job posting lists a salary of 28K to 40K, but during the actual interview, the employer only wanted to offer the minimum salary of 26K, while making a whole host of demands. Overtime until late at night is frequent, with no overtime pay.
Another important point is that the employer is extremely disrespectful toward interviewees and is suspected of gender discrimination, explicitly stating that they only want to hire women and do not want to employ men.
The gender-discriminating employer is really great
