Good office environment
The 104 job posting listed the position as Development Assistant/Association Administrative Secretary, with a salary of NT$34,000–40,000.
There were interviews with two supervisors.
The actual job duties were only those of an association administrative assistant.
They listed nine extensive job responsibilities.
I stated my expected salary as NT$34,000.
The female supervisor looked uncomfortable as soon as she heard NT$34,000.
She kept saying there was no budget and that my expectation was too high.
(But 104 clearly listed the salary as NT$34,000–40,000.)
These past few days, I noticed that the job title on 104
was directly changed by your company to Association Secretary, with a monthly salary of NT$31,000.
