增縉精機股份有限公司
Pros
Work involves coordinating with sales on quotations, planning solutions, and conducting R&D experiments. Overtime is uncommon.
Cons
The work is all planning, with no tangible results. Materials for the company’s procurement-related R&D needs often get held up, leading to subsequent disputes. The department associated with this position has been completely cleared out several times.
