Pros
The boss often treats employees to afternoon tea and holds a quarterly company dinner to reward employees for their hard work.
Cons
1. When you leave the company, it will deduct a NT$15 transfer fee from your salary for that month.
2. The design and marketing planning staff do not respect the web programming engineers or the web programming profession. They bully engineers in the workplace behind their backs and discriminate against or bully web programming engineers with higher salaries.
