1. The Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses are unusually generous, and the year-end bonus is also good.
2. Overtime is rarely required.
3. There is no strange company culture; clocking in and out is not required.
4. Performance targets are set, but there is no performance pressure.
1. The company has no systems or established procedures.
2. The boss does not manage things; everything is decided by the vice president.
3. The vice president frequently changes decisions and often acts according to their mood.
4. All business matters must be handled according to the vice president’s ideas; employees are not allowed to have their own opinions.
5. The FAE often provides incorrect answers to questions. Sales staff have to assess matters from multiple angles themselves and ultimately respond to customers.
6. There is no PM. When a customer initiates a project, sales staff have to follow up with R&D and production planning themselves.
7. Colleagues throughout the company have very poor relationships with one another.
8. The company is full of various long-serving employees who do not want to work and only dump problems on the sales staff.
9. At the year-end banquet, employees have to host, perform on stage, come up with the program, and decide what games to play.
10. Although it is clearly an OEM company, it does not want to do OEM work and only wants to sell noncompetitive, generic standard products.
