Pros
The boss is easy to communicate with, and colleagues are easy to get along with.
Cons
There are very few parking spaces for cars at the company, and only key personnel are allowed to park there. Even if you arrive early, you have to park on the street and wait for nearby residents to leave for work. It is unfriendly to those who drive to work.
