I did not feel there were any advantages from start to finish.

When I first received the interview call, the supervisor sounded quite sincere. However, when I went to the interview, the interviewing supervisor had a completely different attitude.

At the very beginning of the interview, the supervisor directly said that after looking at my résumé, they felt I was unlikely to be hired, and later brought it up two more times. Throughout the interview, they repeatedly questioned my abilities in a skeptical tone, suggesting that I was not capable of handling the job responsibilities. At the end of the interview, they only told me to wait for notification within the stated time frame. They did not even see me out, simply telling me to open the company's front door and leave on my own. The next day after I returned home, I saw that the job posting had been updated. As expected, I never heard back.

I am quite curious: if they felt I was unsuitable after reviewing my résumé, why waste time bringing me in for an interview? The entire conversation was filled with doubt, and they did not believe me even when I did my best to explain. If they genuinely felt the candidate was unsuitable, why engage in this kind of activity that wastes both parties' time? Was it simply to interview people for the sake of meeting some performance target?

In short, it was a terrible interview experience. I have blacklisted this company, and even if I were desperate for work, I would never apply for another position there.
