Overtime is paid, and there are many bonuses (three major holidays, birthdays, and year-end). On average, I can earn over 35,000 per month. There are also subsidies (for continuing education, family meals, etc.), a good atmosphere among colleagues, and clear promotion channels. Those who perform well are easily promoted. It also looks great on a résumé; after leaving, it became an advantage in interviews because of this.
The working hours are a little too late, which is somewhat inconvenient personally. The location is too far away (Neihu). Being too opinionated may cause certain supervisors to dislike you. At certain times, there can be a bit too much overtime (though you can raise the issue).
