If you are applying for the graphic design position in the management department,

don’t come. You will definitely regret it or won’t stay long—

unless you are extremely submissive, submissive to the point

that you can tolerate unreasonable treatment and being the boss’s punching bag.

If you are that submissive, then it may be a good fit for you.

Also, the boss is extremely subjective. She is never satisfied with the images produced, and will force a bunch of strange ideas into them, making the final image incredibly ugly—ugly beyond belief—while still thinking it looks good. As a graphic designer, your abilities will only be buried here. The boss will keep telling you to revise the work and then say that you are slow at making graphics. By the end, she often uses the initial version, which is an enormous waste of time. From time to time, you will be ordered to do things unrelated to your job. Even though she has a secretary, she treats everyone as her personal secretary. You may be specifically assigned to handle things such as stocks, packages for her family, audiovisual materials for her legislator friends, and her dog. Employees are even expected to cook her meals. On top of that, her emotional state is absolutely terrifying: you may be scolded for no reason, and she will even berate you over things that never happened. Afterward, she will occasionally try to placate you a little. The list of shortcomings really goes on and on. Anyway, if you want to work normal hours or make use of your abilities, don’t come!

P.S. If you report unreasonable treatment by the boss to senior employees or supervisors, they will only tell you to endure it and say that the boss is the highest authority and can do whatever she wants.
